The preparing order aspect of the game is where the player actually creates the orders placed in the ordering game.  Here you will be tested on correctly preparing the customer’s order and how long it takes you to complete it. The longer time you take to complete the order the more dissatisfied the customer will be. This will result in less money being made.  As mentioned, overtime, the orders will get more complex and will require more precise attention.
