The strategy and management screen is where players incorporate their business knowledge and techniques.  With the money made from the customers, players have to invest some of it back into the restaurant to make ensure success of the business. 

 

This stage includes four sections:

 

1. Marketing

Which includes the publicity of the restaurant. The more money invested in marketing, the more the business will attract customers thus generates higher traffic.  This will come in handy when other businesses near you open and try to steal your customers. 

 

2. Food Stock

It is what manages all the ingredients needed to make that famous Nitro Burger.  Players must make sure that the food stock is constantly maintained to avoid disappointing and losing potential customers. 

 

3. Staff

Shows the level of dedication and commitment to employees.  On top of this influencing their work performance, higher investment on staff hires higher skilled employees. 

 

4. Ambience

 Ambience of the restaurant has significant influence on the stress bars of the game. Customers more are willing to wait for service food for a fancy environment. Conversely, if just a low amount is invested in the ambience, Nitro Burger will begin to build a low quality reputation.​
